1. Agreement to terms

  • By accessing or using APScore5, you agree to these Terms.
  • If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
  • APScore5 is operated by Avro Collective LLC, a Texas LLC.

2. Eligibility — age 13+

  • Must be at least 13 years old to use APScore5.
  • Users 13–18 (minors) must have a parent/guardian review and accept these Terms on their behalf.
  • We do not knowingly allow users under 13.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate info during signup.
  • Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person.
  • Notify us of unauthorized access at support@apscore5.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use APScore5 for personal, non-commercial study only.

You will NOT:

  • Use the Service to cheat on actual exams or academic assignments.
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute APScore5 content without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
  • Harass other users or post abusive content.
  • Violate any law or third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content

APScore5 uses AI tools to generate questions, flashcards, explanations, and summaries.

  • AI content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Always cross-check with textbooks, teachers, or official College Board materials.
  • AI is a study aid, NOT a substitute for your school curriculum or official exam prep.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated material.
Important: Treat AI output as study support, not final authority.

6. No affiliation with College Board

  • APScore5 is independent. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board.
  • AP® and Advanced Placement® are trademarks of the College Board.
  • Always follow your school's and the College Board's official rules for AP exams.

7. Intellectual property

  • All APScore5 content, design, code, logos, and brand are owned by Avro Collective LLC or its licensors.
  • You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for studying.
  • You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. User-submitted content

  • If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service.
  • Don't submit anything you don't own or have rights to share.

9. Third-party services and links

  • APScore5 may include links to third-party sites or use third-party services (Google AdSense, analytics, AI providers, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
  • Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Advertising

  • We display ads (e.g., Google AdSense) to support the Service.
  • Don't click ads with intent to defraud advertisers.

11. No guarantees / no warranty

APScore5 is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Specific AP exam scores or outcomes.
  • Accuracy or completeness of all content.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaim all warranties (express or implied) to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Important: We cannot promise results or uninterrupted access.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avro Collective LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Total liability for any claim limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).

Important: Liability is capped as stated above.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avro Collective LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or any reason.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
  • Sections that should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.

15. Changes to terms

  • We may update these Terms. Updated version posted with new "Last updated" date.
  • Continued use after changes = acceptance.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Disputes resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.
  • You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits to the extent allowed by law.
