1. Who we are

APScore5 is operated by Avro Collective LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, USA. APScore5 is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board.

2. Age requirement (13+)

  • The Service is for users 13 years or older.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
  • Users ages 13 to 18 should review this policy with a parent or guardian.
  • If we learn we collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
  • Parents can email support@apscore5.com for deletion requests.

3.1 Information you give us

Name, email, password, grade level, school (optional), AP courses, study preferences, and communications with us.

3.2 Information collected automatically

Usage data (questions attempted, scores, streaks, time spent, flashcards reviewed), device and technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, device type), and cookies.

3.3 Information from third parties

If you use Google sign-in, we may receive basic profile details from Google.

4. How we use information

  • Operate and improve the Service (practice, MCQs, flashcards, progress tracking, weak-topic review).
  • Personalize your study experience.
  • Send account emails and study reminders.
  • Analyze usage to build better tools.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. How we use AI

  • AI tools help generate practice questions, flashcards, explanations, summaries, and recommendations.
  • AI content may have errors, so students should cross-check with textbooks, teachers, and official materials.
  • AI is a study aid, not a replacement for school curriculum.
  • We do not use personal account data (like your name or email) to train public third-party AI models.
Important: AI output can be useful, but it can also be wrong. Always verify key facts.

We share limited data with trusted providers to operate, improve, and enrich the Service.

These categories include hosting/cloud providers, analytics (including Google Analytics), advertising providers (including Google AdSense), email and communications tools, AI providers, future payment processors, and authentication services (including Google sign-in).

We may share anonymized data with research partners and combine usage signals with educational APIs to enrich recommendations.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law (for example, subpoenas), for safety reasons, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
